Why us?

At our tattoo shop, we believe that tattoos are more than just ink on the skin – they’re personal expressions of your individuality and your journey. That’s why we take the time to get to know our clients, listen to their stories and work with them to create custom designs that reflect their unique personalities and experiences.

We understand that getting a tattoo can be a deeply emotional experience, and we strive to create a safe and welcoming environment where you can feel comfortable sharing your vision with us. Our artists are skilled not only in creating beautiful designs but also in connecting with our clients on a personal level to ensure that the final result is a true reflection of their identity and story.

Whether you’re looking for a small, meaningful tattoo or a larger piece that tells a story, we’re here to help you bring your vision to life. Our commitment to personalized service and emotional connection sets us apart from other tattoo shops, and we’re proud to be a part of your journey.

Remember, it’s important to take care of your body before and after getting a tattoo to ensure the best possible outcome and promote proper healing.

Prepare for your appointment

Here are some steps to follow for pre-care before getting a tattoo:

1 – Hydrate: Drink plenty of water before your appointment to help keep your skin hydrated.

2 – Avoid alcohol and blood thinners: Avoid consuming alcohol and taking blood-thinning medications, such as aspirin, for at least 24 hours before your appointment. These substances can thin your blood and increase bleeding during the tattooing process.

3 – Get a good night’s sleep: Make sure you get a good night’s sleep before your appointment to help you feel rested and relaxed.

4 – Eat a good meal: Make sure you eat a nutritious meal before your appointment to help keep your blood sugar levels stable and provide your body with the energy it needs to heal.

5 – Wear comfortable clothing: Wear comfortable clothing that allows easy access to the area where you’ll be getting tattooed.

6 – Avoid sun exposure: Avoid sun exposure for at least 24 hours before your appointment, as sunburned or tanned skin can be more sensitive and prone to irritation during the tattooing process.

7 – Discuss any health concerns: If you have any health concerns or medical conditions, be sure to discuss them with your tattoo artist before your appointment. They may be able to provide you with additional guidance or recommendations based on your individual needs.

AFTERCARE

Leave the bandage on

Your artist will advise you on how long to keep the bandage on, but it's usually for 3-6 days after getting the tattoo. Avoid removing the bandage early, as it can cause infection or damage to the tattooed area.

Wash your hands

Before touching the bandage or tattoo, make sure to wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water. Gently remove the bandage: When it's time to remove the bandage, do it slowly and gently. Peel it off in the direction of hair growth to avoid damaging the skin or tattoo.

Wash the tattoo

Use water and mild, fragrance-free soap to wash the tattooed area gently. Don't use a washcloth or sponge, as they can be too rough on the tattoo. Pat the area dry with a clean towel.

Apply Ointment

After washing and drying the tattoo, apply a thin layer of tattoo aftercare ointment recommended by your artist or any fragrance-free moisturizer. Be careful not to use too much, as it can clog pores and cause pimples.

Avoid soaking

Avoid soaking the tattoo in water or exposing it to excessive moisture or humidity for the first 3 weeks, as this can cause the tattoo to become infected.

Avoid tight clothing

Wear loose clothing that won't rub against the tattoo and irritate the skin.

Avoid direct sunlight

Avoid exposing the tattooed area to direct sunlight, as this can cause sunburn and damage the tattoo.

Avoid exercise

Avoid exercise or any physical activity that causes excessive sweating for the first 5 days, as this can cause the tattoo to become irritated.

Don't scratch or pick at the tattoo

Avoid scratching or picking at the tattooed area, as this can damage the skin and cause the tattoo to fade or become infected.

Don't shave over the tattoo

Avoid shaving over the tattooed area until it has fully healed.

Be patient

It takes time for a tattoo to heal fully, so be patient and don't rush the process. It usually takes around 2-4 weeks for the tattoo to heal completely.

Keep the tattoo moisturized

Continue to moisturize the tattooed area regularly for several weeks after it has healed to keep the skin healthy and maintain the tattoo's quality.
